If you would like to return an item then please email us at email@example.com and a member of the Winkel Ghana customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours.
Eligible items must be post marked within 3 days of delivery and must be unused, unwashed and undamaged. Items must be returned in their original packaging and with their tags still attached.
Please note that the following items are NOT eligible for return: bathing suits and intimate apparel such as lingerie. If an item is not eligible for return, this will be stated on the product description page.
If you do not receive exactly what you ordered then we will waive the return delivery fee.
EXCHANGING AN ITEM FOR CREDIT:
If you would like to return an item for store credit instead of a refund then please let us know when you email us!
DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS:
If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase you will not receive a refund or credit for the value of the discount. Instead, the refund or credit will be applied only to the actual amount paid at time of purchase.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PROBLEMS?
Winkel Ghana will first attempt to refund the original credit/debit card that was used to make the purchase. Our customer service team will contact you if the credit/debit card you used to make the purchase is expired or invalid.
